Exhibitors have a comprehensive tool set to create their Virtual Booths using standard templates, tools so powerful that a complete Virtual Booth can be constructed in less than half an hour

Creating Booths is fast and easy with the eTSO Tool Kit, a web based tool kit of pre-formatted Booth development pages. Individual Exhibitors can link their existing material or they can create original content using the embedded “wysiwyg” editor in the eTSO Tool Kit. This powerful editor enables you to quickly create Booth content, it even converts normal text to html automatically, or you can choose to manipulate the html directly – the key advantages are simplicity and efficiency, and it’s suitable for every skill level.

The center panel of each Virtual Booth is the focal point for the Featured Promotion, a new product, a new version, whatever the Exhibitor chooses to emphasize at this Show for special attention. And linking to your interactive Virtual room is quick and easy too - just enter the link address of the room to the pre-formatted button on the Booth and it is done.

After the Show, each Exhibitor receives activity data, identifying Booth visitors for follow-up marketing and sales activities – when the registration process is complete for a particular Show, the system assigns an individual identification to each visitor so that the correct access privileges can be applied and that visits to individual Booths can be recorded for follow-up

The experience for Show Management

Show organizers can host single or multiple events, offering public and private presentations in addition to managing access to the Virtual hall of Exhibitor Booths

Show organizers have access to a similarly comprehensive eTSO Tool Kit as the Exhibitors, which they can use at the Show level to create their descriptive content using standard templates, and to add Exhibitors and Presenters, tools so powerful that a complete Virtual Show can be constructed in less than an hour.

Presenters can be scheduled for specific time slots and subjects in the general access public Presentation Room while the Show Welcome page is used to display the Agenda and Featured speakers. The Show Welcome page is also used to provide a general introduction to the Virtual Show and offer suggestions to Visitors for the ways to get the most out of the multimedia experience.

For Show Management, visitor access to the Show can be free of charge or paid ticket or a combination, dependent on the preference of the Show organizer.
For example, general admission to the Virtual Exhibit Hall and the keynote presentations may be free but access to specific presentations by Industry Experts could be restricted to fee paying visitors. eTradeShowsOnline incorporates payment processing as an optional component of the registration procedure

Show organizers also have real time access to the Registered Attendee list to see how traffic is building. The list, which includes name, street address, email address and phone number, can be downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet for processing and can be used to send targeted reminders just prior to the event
