Security

We ensure the availability of the platform by having redundant power systems, internet connectivity, infrastructure equipment and server systems. Security is designed into the system at all levels to prevent a malicious attack that could disable use of the platform. In addition, operational processes have been developed to maintain and back up the systems to safeguard against potential disasters.

Reliability

We dedicate a full-time engineering staff to maintain the Oracle iLearning application servers and database environments. The system is monitored around the clock for availability and performance. A recent capture of our availability statistics shows a 99.95% availability rate.
